The Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Deutscher Industrie- und Handelskammertag, DIHK) is the central organisation for 79 Chambers of Commerce and Industry, CCI (Industrie- und Handelskammern, IHKs) in Germany. It is the head office of all IHK's and AHK's worldwide.

The German Chambers of Commerce (IHK) are the 79 German Chambers of Commerce belonging to the DIHK (Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry). They speak on behalf of member companies on matters pertaining to trade.

The German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) is a ministry of the Federal Republic of Germany which oversees and promotes economic prosperity, opportunities and expansion for German trade and energy.

Germany Trade and Invest is the foreign trade and inward investment agency of the Federal Republic of Germany and provides up-to-date information to German companies seeking to expand their businesses abroad and supports companies looking to enter Germany with expert advice.

The German Business Association in Kenya is a membership association with 154 members. The members include German companies and Kenyan companies with German links. The aim of the GBA is to facilitate positive business relations between members and also local regulatory bodies.

The German Mission to Kenya, Somalia and the Seychelles facilitates diplomatic relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Kenya, Somalia and the Seychelles. AHK works closely with all German Missions in countries it is present.

The German Embassy in Addis Ababa facilitates diplomatic relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

The German Embassy in Dar es Salaam facilitates diplomatic relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the United Republic of Tanzania.

The German Embassy in Kampala facilitates diplomatic relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Uganda.

The German Embassy in Kigali facilitates diplomatic relations between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Rwanda.

GIZ is the German agency active in the field of economic cooperation and development -  its projects are mainly commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

The Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) is the national apex body of the private sector in Kenya, whose mandate is private sector development.

Kenya Association of Manufacturers provides an essential link for co-operation, dialogue and understanding with the Government by representing the views and concerns of its members to the relevant authorities.

European Union Business Forum Ethiopia

The EUBFE was established in 2012 in response to the need for a sustained dialogue with the Ethiopian authorities and as a platform for networking and information-sharing between EU businesses. The EUBFE wishes to actively support and contribute to the country's development endeavour by bringing in and expanding high quality investments from EU companies and individuals, therefore creating jobs, transferring knowledge, earning foreign exchange and accelerating growth.
