The Delegation of German Industry and Commerce for Eastern Africa (AHK Eastern Africa), on behalf of the Global Business Network (GBN) Programme, is organizing Digital Matchmaking event for European Buyers. The aim of these digital events is to connect Ugandan and Ethiopian producers and exporters with European importers, wholesalers and retailers. This will take place in three sectors for Uganda and Ethiopia respectively. The identified sectors have a particularly high export potential.

Uganda
In Uganda, the value chains focus on Specialty Coffee, Spices/ Fruits (chilli, pineapples and mangos) and Sheabutter/Oilseeds (chia and sesam) will be covered.
